Apart from smashing my other arm against the mast during yet another unsuccessful gybe attempt I Had a pleasant afternoon on the water on the big board.

Maree told me to forget about getting old and just go out and  enjoy myself.

So that's what I did, had plenty of rests between runs, and acrually made some gybes.

Flatter water and bigger board helped a lot.
