Albany, WA, AU CA66 LRB 5.6 Fangy 22 cloudy moderate breeze nice tide. Sailed the morning session. Breeze picked up in the afternoon. Sailed with Gloria, an Albany first timer. Nice warm up for tomorrow if I didn't miss a back footsrap and aggravate an already sore knee. Bugger.

Morning session trying for distance,

new 60cm board and 6.2 knocept with 20cm deltoid.

Some smooth at the Albany end, to start with, but as the tide came in these disappeared, called it quits at 1130, went in for lunch and shopping.

Changed down to 5.8 speed, and went out again around 3 when tide had dropped, and chop was disappearing. Only 11 kms in the rear footstarp pulled through it's screws. So gave up on disrance for another day.

Short afternoon session trying the Manta on a different fin with the higher tide. Did occassionally let go when I used too much back hand but that's more operator error I think.
