Wing Dings, John Scott and Tom were out early, but the NE wind hadn’t really come it. In desperation, went out at 2:30pm and dredged, and pumped to no avail. Then suddenly, at 2:45, the wind gradually strengthened and there were Dings and Foils everywhere. Probably strengthened to 15kts, and then had too much.
