Incoming tide. Only just managing to not get pushed down past the boat ramp. Thinking for a moment a walk back up the beach would be happening.
Then, by a magical puff it got on the foil and she ripped upwind for a little bit!
I think it was windier in the morning. Barely 10kt gust when i went.

E-SE 5-20 knots FFF200, Neil Pryde 6,4m Mk6, Axis 1099.
First time out for a month and conditions were challenging. Storm type wind pattern with squalls coming through at times meaning survival was more important than speed.
Angles were ideal for Marmong with some big wind shifts.
One run down to Bolton Point was good, but getting back between the bays was harder with patchy gusts.
Bryce came out for a bit but it was difficult to pick up the conditions.
Two top 5's today which is very pleasing on a Roster Day.

466 days ago Marmong Point, NSW, AU. 725 front, 95 black fuse with 255 thin stab. That was a mistake. Will not use that stab with the 95 black fuse near on impossible to get it to fly. Too much negative in the tail. Live and learn though! Hopefully will be sailable tomorrow.
