back speed sailing after getting rid of my virtigo that i have had for 8-9 years

virtigo was giving me anxiety which in turn was terrifing me, just a few particular exercises fixed the problem

now looking forward to getting some good speeds, but maybe not as good as i used too, as that was 8-9 years ago

old father time has now caught up with me as i will be 80 in august 2023
