Description

At 73, Just back sailing again after a 25 year lay off doing Ironman triathlons (47 of them).  I stayed fit and tiny doing triathlons but that didn't help my windsurfing too much it seems!  The gear and techniques have changed a bit in 25 years so the learning curve has been a bit steep and slow. I have learnt that GPS sailing is as much about IT and being in the right place at the right time as it is about sailing proficiency. I've also learnt what an enthusiastic group of athletes that speed sailing folks are.
